How do we order a box?

You can order one of our boxes by clicking the order now link, filling out a form on our website or by emailing us at kithkincharcuterie@gmail.com. Please be sure to inform us of any dietary restrictions or customizations. Full payment is required at the time of order. Please email us directly for grazing table orders to discuss specific needs and ingredients.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, you can contact us with any changes and we will be happy to accommodate them wherever possible. Any orders cancelled within 12 hours of the delivery time are non-refundable.

How much notice is required?

We require 48 hours notice for boxes and 72 hours for grazing tables.

Do you deliver?

Yes, we deliver to select locations for a flat fee of $10 between the hours of 9:00am - 11:00a.m. and 2:00p.m. and 4:00p.m. 

Do you accommodate dietary needs?

Yes, we do! In fact we have a nutritionist who can assist with any dietary requirements.
